In light of the ongoing attacks against Black history in the classroom and on college campuses, Color Of Change is producing an award show that builds cultural celebration alongside national and local leaders taking a stand against anti-critical race theory efforts. As several states have signed restrictions on teaching racial history into law in the past year, the time to prioritize Black history is now.
